Equinox phenomenon will affect Malaysia, Indonesia (notably Sumatra), and Singapore during the next five days.
Chief Information Officer of the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics (BMKG) Hary Tirto Djatmiko explain the phenomenon of the equinox. According to him, equinox is one astronomical phenomena, the sun crosses the equator.
This phenomenon periodically take place twice a year, on March 21 and September 23.
